For so long, I was terrified of really explaining my characters and myself and my art{If you want to call the shit I vomit for you every now and then art}, for fear of being labeled a Pushposer, or something of the sort.

Before this goes on, allow me to say that I will never, ever deny feeding off in my own way. Coupled with Neogeen and/or Jennadelle, she's been a muse that's been in the back of my mind for well over two years now.

And now for the comment that's bound to piss someone, somewhere off. Push, if you read this, I really hope you're not one of them. <3

I'm never going to say that what goes on in my head is exactly like what goes on in hers. Never. Nobody can touch the closeness, that bond she has with her characters. I'd never even dream of claiming such.

But there are certain parallels, which is perhaps what's always drawn me, moth-to-flame style, to her art. Push and Tyber and Glittercunt and all the many others are very, very real to her. In a similar manner, Macabre Thirteen, Absinthe, Undertow, and all mine are real to me.

Dramatics and lives that play out in my mind's eye. That you're never fully aware of, but I know all too well. They're there, but in a different sense than in hers. I'm assuming. Seeing as I really don't know what goes on in her lovely little cranium. None of us do, do we? For mine, I'm the theatre and I'm the stage, sometimes the director and always the audience.

Now call me what you will, but I'm getting tired of something being lost in my art because I'm too goddamn nervous, afraid of what you all might think or say.

And for those of you who might come at me with flames-- Fire away. I've got a bag of marshmellows I'd love to roast.
